1. Your account

These terms govern an OlivoLearn account operated by Marc Oliveau. Keep account credentials secure and use the service only for lawful learning, research, and review.

2. Friend invitation access

A valid, unused friend invite activates 30 days of complimentary Pro after email verification, including the normal 2,000-Olive Pro allowance. The invitation and Olives have no cash value, and no card or payment method is required.

Invite codes are unbound until redeemed, single-use, and expire 60 days after issuance. Pro access and unused promotional Olives may expire or be revoked without deleting the account or its existing private creations. Amounts and expiry are set by the server, not by the browser.

3. Sources and generated material

You are responsible for having the right to submit or process a source. Experiences, quizzes, and courses are generated study aids; verify important claims against their source references.

4. Olives and paid plans

Olives measure generation capacity. A fixed Olive price is shown before supported generation is confirmed, and delivery and recovery rules apply as described in the product. Paid plans apply only when checkout is explicitly available.

5. Acceptable use

• Do not bypass access, rate, source, or Olive controls.
• Do not submit malware or content you are not allowed to process.
• Do not use generated material to mislead others about its source.

6. Availability and account closure

Features may be paused for safety, maintenance, legal, or capacity reasons. You can request an export, closure, or erasure review from the account dashboard. Closure stops access; some security, transaction, and append-only Olive records may be retained where required.
